Hi, I’m Julie


I can't wait to see you shine! Life is painful when we feel ashamed of our bodies. I struggled with my weight in my 20's, and struggled with pregnancy and recovery in my 30s. I choose to flourish in my 40's and beyond.

In order to lead my fellow sisters, I immersed myself in nutrition science, neurochemistry, and spirituality. I am a board-certified nutritionist, a master personal trainer, a holistic coach, and a scholar dedicated to self-growth and empowerment.


When we work on our fitness, it effects what we create in our life. We show up as conscious creators and start to choose our life on purpose with a purpose.
